UX Researcher

Your role

We’re looking for a UX Researcher to join our team. In this role, you’ll actively contribute to user research activities, supporting the evolution of Magic Engineering’s products and services. You will work closely with the Product & Service Design Team, providing clear and actionable insights and bringing the voice of users into the heart of decision-making processes.

You will be responsible for

Drive UX research activities to support the evolution of products and services;
Collaborate on qualitative and quantitative research activities, turning data and observations into meaningful insights for the team;
Collaborate cross-functionally with Designers, Project Managers and Product Owner to inform design and product decisions;
Validate processes and requirements through research, contributing to solid project foundations and the development of effective solutions;
Ensure alignment between product direction, business goals, and user needs;
Promote and foster a human-centered culture across the organization;

You’ll be a great addition to our team if you have

At least 3 years of proven experience in a UX Research role;
UX Research expertise: ability to design and conduct interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, turning findings into actionable product insights;
Experience applying artificial intelligence to improve research workflows and support product setup;
Strong methodological foundation: solid understanding of product design processes and product setup;
Design definition skills: experience in building complex information architectures, user flows, and analysis tools such as customer journeys, empathy maps, shadowing, and usability testing;
Solid experience with research & analytics tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics platforms, as well as collaboration tools like FigJam, Miro, or Mural;
Agile mindset: familiarity with Agile environments and ability to work iteratively within cross-functional teams;
