Whistleblowing
In implementation of Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, Magic Engineering has adopted a “Procedure for Managing Reports.”

A Whistleblowing Report may be submitted by an individual who has or has had an employment, collaboration, or contractual relationship with Magic Engineering.
A Whistleblowing Report refers to any communication concerning:

Violations of the Code of Ethics adopted by Magic Engineering

Violations of Law 231/01

Violations of national or EU laws and regulations

Violations of company procedures

Violations of human rights, including discrimination, harassment, or abuse
