Magicmotorsport is growing rapidly and has launched Magicmotorsport Academy, a training and technical support platform designed to meet the needs of automotive professionals and enthusiasts worldwide.
We are looking to expand our Academy team by hiring two Tech Support Interns with a strong interest in the automotive sector and with a customer-oriented mindset.
Provide remote support to customers using dedicated software tools, guiding them through vehicle diagnostics, programming, and repair procedures;
Handle informational calls to evaluate the feasibility of repairs on specific vehicles;
Provide chat support, identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services;
Manage and monitor repair cases, ensuring timely updates to customers;
Support the creation and translation of technical manuals;
Technical diploma, degree, or final-year students in IT, electronics, or mechanics;
Interest in the automotive sector and electronic technologies;
Basic knowledge (also theoretical) of ECU programming and immobilizer systems;
Good familiarity with PC usage and software installation;
Good command of English (minimum required: B2), excellent command of Italian;
Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow;
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Ability to manage priorities with a strong sense of responsibility;
